• Device Information: We may collect basic device diagnostics and crash reports to improve app stability.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, personalize, and maintain the Mosaica game experience.
• To securely authenticate your account and sync your puzzle progress across your devices.
• To communicate with you regarding account security, updates, and customer support.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your personal information and game data from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, such as AWS for hosting and authentication, RevenueCat for purchase processing, and Expo for app delivery. Specifically, RevenueCat may collect and process your App Store receipt data, purchase history, and unique app user ID to validate your purchases. We ensure that any third parties with whom your data is shared provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly obligated not to disclose or use your data for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and game data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the App at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated game data (available in-app).
